Unable To Start Oracle HTTP Server After Restart of Windows (Doc ID 2140968.1)

Symptoms

Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 11g process fails to start up after restart of Windows when OPMN and its managed processes (including OHS) are not stopped before the operating system restart.

After Windows restarts, it continues to stop OHS process (1265962439:1356).

See the below OPMN log.

 * This issue occurs when start and stop OPMN with Windows service.
