OAAM Integrated with OAM - OAAM Forgot Password Flow After Challenge Questions a Blank Page is Displayed

Steps to reproduce:

1. After pushing "Forgot Password" button, the Forgot Password flow starts and the user challenge questions are showed.

2. After last challenge a blank page is showed instead of the change password page
