Enabling "Principal Equals Case Insensitive" In 12c WLS Admin Console Causes bi_server1 To Fails To Start

When the option "Principal equals case Insensitive" it's enabled, bi_server1 fails to start with the error:

If this option it's disabled, then the services starts again successfully.


 Try to set "Principal Equals Case Insensitive" to true in Weblogic Console, after upgrading to OBIEE 12c.
