HostExplorer Terminal Emulator Getting A White Screen When Trying to Communicate With Tuxedo CICS (Doc ID 2142398.1)

Symptoms

Tuxedo 12.1.3 version, CICS processor (Oracle Tuxedo Application Runtime for CICS, Version 12.1.3.0.0, 64-bit )

Customer has several users that cannot log onto Tuxedo and ends up timing out. The user is then routed to the next server. Sometimes, the user sees a white screen in HostExplorer.


Note: This issue occurs when a user id does not exists in MicroSoft Active Directory database
