Symptoms

ESSO Logon Manager 11.1.2.2.0


User is prompted with Incorrect Single Sign-On error message when attempting to authenticate to ESSO LM. 


ERROR:

"Sorry, Incorrect SSO Logon. Please try again."

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Install the ESSO 11.1.2.2.0 client.
  2. Restart the workstation.
  3. Logon to the windows desktop
