Symptoms
Users are getting prompted to enter the Windows password for ESSO Logon Manager during initial startup or when attempting to open an application on the desktop. The user is prompted with the following error message after entering the correct Windows password:
ERROR:
"Sorry, Incorrect SSO Logon. Please try again."
