Goal

How to change IntradocServerPort in 12c WCC server.  

Note:   Issue reported.   Editing IntradocServerPort in config.cfg is not changing the IntradocServerPort Listen, resulting in Inbound Refinery server failing to start.  However, other issues rise from because the IntradocServerPort needs to be changed.
