Symptoms

After configuring Oracle Access Manager for Single Sign On for WebCenter Portal the user is required to authenticate to the WebCenter Portal login page before being directed to the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) login page.

Changes

 Followed either the Administration Guide on section on configuring Single Sign On or a Note available on My Oracle Support.
