Applies to:
Oracle Tuxedo - Version 9.1 to 12.2.2Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When an attempt to open a network connection in a Jolt pool results in a network reset, the Jolt network reader can throw a java.lang.NullPointerException. This sequence of errors can cause many WebLogic execute threads to get stuck forever on bea.jolt.LockMonitor.getExclLock as in the following stack trace. A WebLogic server restart was needed to clean up the stuck threads.
