Steps to reproduce issue:

1- Create a view where criteria in a view object (from Query section, edit where clause)
2- Add a criteria item
3- Go to the item's custom operator tab
4- Add a custom operator:
- Operator: IN
- Display name: In
- Min Input: 0
- Max Input: 0
- Expression: return "IN(1,2)"
5- Select the criteria group
6- Select the criteria item again
7- Assign the IN operator to the criteria item
8- Close the view criteria popup
9- Save changes
10- Edit the view criteria
11- Select the criteria item and check the operator. It will not be the custom operator.
12- Go to the Custom Operators tab
13- Scroll down to the custom operator. The display name will be lost.
