Encountered "Internal Error" When Trying to Download 'agent-bundle-win32' from Configuration Tab on Java SE Advanced Management Console 2.1 (Doc ID 2143557.1)

Symptoms

Configuration:  Oracle Java SE 8, AMC 2.1 Installation/Configuration with MySQL as the Database

During step four of the installation and configuration of the Java SE Advanced Management Console (AMC) 2.1, while downloading the 'agent-bundle-win32.zip' file from the Configuration Tab, an 'Internal Error' message may be observed.

Below are the first four steps of the installation procedure for the AMC Agent for your reference.  The complete installation procedure can be found in the Java SE Advanced Management Console Installation and Configuration Guide.

  1. Log in to the desktop computer with administrator privileges.
  2. Enter https://server:port/amcwebui in the browser. Log in to Java SE Advanced Management Console UI using administrator credentials. For more information, see Initializing Advanced Management Console.
  3. On the Java SE Advanced Management Console UI, click the Configuration tab and select Agents Download.
  4. Click the link agent-bundle-win32.zip and save the bundle.
