Why Are The "Z" Character In The Values Of createtimestamp And modifytimestamp Attributes Changed To Upper-Case ? (Doc ID 2143965.1)

Goal

From 11.1.1.9, the returned time data for createtimestamp/modifytimetamp is slightly changed, the last character "z" (which means UTC timezone) is changed from lower-case to upper-case.
