Why Are The "Z" Character In The Values Of createtimestamp And modifytimestamp Attributes Changed To Upper-Case ?

From 220.127.116.11, the returned time data for createtimestamp/modifytimetamp is slightly changed, the last character "z" (which means UTC timezone) is changed from lower-case to upper-case.
This document describes the reason of the change.
