Why Are The "Z" Character In The Values Of Timestamp Attributes Changed To UpperCase ? (Doc ID 2143965.1)

Goal

From 11.1.1.9, the returned time data for date/time type attributes (createtimestamp, modifytimetamp, pwdchangedtime, etc) is slightly changed, the last character "z" (which means UTC timezone) is changed from lower-case to upper-case.
