LDAP user weblogic console login fails when weblogic domain partition is created (Doc ID 2144592.1)

Symptoms

After creating a domain partition, all the users that belong to an external LDAP fail to login to WLS Admin console.

We see the following exception after enabling DebugSecurityAtn:


Users in the LDAP provider cannot log in to admin console if partition is created. But if partition is deleted, then the same users can log in successfully.
