OAM not responding after coherence error/dump (Doc ID 2144702.1)

Symptoms

Due to intermittent network issues between various OAM nodes and Admin servers,  coherence node is evicted from Coherence cluster.  When this occurs, users are not able to access OAM protected resources. You see following errors in OAM diagnostic log
