Information in this document applies to any platform.
Certain users are unable to login to PeopleSoft. These same users are able to login to Oracle HTML forms. The issue occurs with the professional forms. Any professional form causes the issue. This problem is reproduced on other computers and it is not related to a specific browser. The below error occurs:
All other users can login with no issue.
Recompiling the Custom.pll does not resolve the issue.
