Oracle Watchlist Screening (EDQ OWS): DOB and YOB are not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2144798.1)

Goal

When a sanctioned individual is scanned in Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS), the match score is the same even if there is an incorrect DOB or YOB used within the filter.

For example:

Example 1 - Search on name only, match score = 84
Example 2 - Search on name and correct DOB, match score = 85
Example 3 - Search on name and incorrect DOB, match score = 85

Shouldn't the match score be reduced when the DOB is incorrect?
