Symptoms
WFR 11.1.1.9 is installed on Windows Server 2012 R12, with .Net Framework 3.5. Web Verifier is configured on IIS 8.5.
When accessing Web Verifier, users encounter the below error:
HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error. The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
