User Added To WebCenter Content: Imaging Document Security Is Not Listed (Doc ID 2144954.1)

Symptoms

Adding a user to Document Security for a particular application in WebCenter Content: Imaging by logging in as admin user. To check whether the added user is able to perform the role assigned, that user logged in was able to confirm the role. When viewing the application's document security tab by logging in as the admin user, the added user is not list.
