The second report, showing unique users in the last six months, but looking the particular month. (24 unique users with report)
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create new page: e.g. MyAnalytics
- Add the task flow: Portal Traffic (Number of hits and unique user visits to Portals)
- Set the following parameters:
- Time Frame: Last 6 months (3/1/15 - 8/28/15)
- Grouping Options: Time Interval, by Month
- User Property: no setting
- Display as: Tabular Format (For better understanding)
- Portals: All Portals
- On: Unique Users, Display All. - Add a second the task flow: Portal Traffic (Number of hits and unique user visits to Portals)
- Set the following parameters:
- Time Frame: This month (8/1/15 - 8/27/15)
- Grouping Options: By User Property, Display name
- User Property: no setting
- Display As: Tabular Format
- Portals: All Portals
- On: Unique Users, Display All. - Report1 shows for 8/15: 20 Unique Users
- Report2 shows for 8/15: 4 Unique Users
--->And, one of the users, ex: ValidationPortal:
Into the Report1, shows 2 Unique Users and
Into the Report2, shows 1 Unique Users. - If in the step 5, change the following settings:
Grouping Options: Time Interval, by Month - Report1, shows for 8/15: 20 Unique Users
