Symptoms

'Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese' cckj version WebLogic ONLY

Missing all columns at "Customize this table" on WLS admin console. Can't customize table on Admin console.

1. Login to Weblogic admin console.
2. Move to  Domain name > Environment > Servers > Customize this table
    This issue happens on all pages where the  "Customize this table" link exists.
