Symptoms
Unable add users to the application roles. It is failing with the below exception:
Failed to retrieve users, with error
Operations error: entity=ou=Users,o=IAM op=search mesg=Protocol Error LDAP Error 2 : ldap_host_server:636
Observed in Admin Server diagnostic logs:
