Symptoms

You are using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to monitor an Exalogic virtual rack. In the photo realistic view that shows details of the Exalogic Hardware as shown below, you do not see the expected details or status for compute node and storage head components.

The compute nodes are displayed in grey with a label of "Unknown" rather than having a label reflecting their IP address and a green or red icon showing power status.
