Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.2.X releases, trying to create vServer from EMOC with EoIB network, job submission fails with "Failed to Create Virtual Machine Failed to create the requested job: failed to build Task Parameters for EoIB (60067). (117704)" popup error message.
