Symptoms

Internet Explorer 11 stops showing pictures, flow traces, etc. in various Fusion Middleware products.

For example: In Enterprise Manager, when you view an in instance, then instance ID, and check the flow trace. The flow trace does not show up or you see a blank page. However, when you view it in another browser such as Chrome, it shows up.
