Included Asset in CKEditor Causing Pages to be Cached With Incorrect/Missing Dependencies (Doc ID 2149758.1)

Symptoms

When a cachable page/template is used to render assets containing embedded links (e.g. Included Assets) in an attribute that uses CKEditor, the page is cached with missing/incorrect dependencies, e.g.:

pagename=avisports/testtemplate&c=AVIArticle&cid=1234567890&rendermode=live

is cached with the following Dependency only:

avisports/testtemplate0
asset-1461177070471:Template0
asset-1385402136244:WCS_Controller0

You can see that the asset it's rendering (AVIArticle:1234567890) and all the attributes, definitions, etc are missing from the Dependency.

As a result of this, the page cache isn't flushed properly when any of the missing dependencies are updated, and users are seeing stale contents.
