A TMS process was built/compiled with Oracle database client libraries to connect to an Oracle database. In this configuration it was named "TMS_ORA". The name used is determined by the person building the TMS executable.
This TMS server process, for an Oracle database, used 100% CPU after a faillover of a RAC database occurred. Once this happened the process stayed close to 100% CPU for a long period of time.
