Tuxedo TMS server process for an Oracle database used 100% CPU after a faillover of a RAC database occurred. Once this happened it stayed close to 100% CPU for a long period of time.
The TMS process was built with Oracle database client libraries to connect to an Oracle database. In this configuration it was named "TMS_ORA" (the name used is determined by the person building the TMS executable).
