Unable To Import A Chain Of Certificates To Oracle Traffic Director Via the Fusion Middleware Control Console (Doc ID 2151056.1)

Symptoms

A Certificate Authority (CA) normally packages the SSL server certificate along with its intermediate Root certificate(s) and Root Certificate into one bundle to form a chain of trust. Currently the Fusion Middleware Control Console does not have the "Certificate Chain" option on the "Import Certificate" screen for the "Certificate Type" field. There are only two options there - Certificate and Trust Certificate. The "Certificate Chain" option is missing. This prevents user from importing a certificate chain that is required by OTD to get SSL functioning.
