Symptoms
EUS setup: Oracle DB -> OUD Proxy -> ODSEE
Use dsutil from the ODSEE to lock an account with the following result -
Eg,
./ldapsearch -h localhost -p 7389 -D "uid=xxx,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com" -b dc=example,dc=com -s base "(objectclass=*)"
The simple bind attempt failed
Result Code: 53 (Unwilling to Perform)
Additional Information: Account inactivated. Contact system administrator.
