Oracle Access Portal v220.127.116.11.0 configuration for Basic Authentication
Configure ESSO for basic authentication application in accordance with the steps in <https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E52734_01/oam/AIAAG/intro_access_proxy.htm#AIAAG89831> to configure OTD for HTTP Basic Authentication. Publish the windows application template to the repository using ESSO Administrative Console. The credential fields for the application are not available for form fill and the application template is not recognized in Oracle Access Portal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Create a windows application template in the ESSO Administrative Console.
- Publish the application template to the repository.
- Access the Logon Manager dashboard in the OAP UI.
