Goal

Using Apex 5 and RESTful feature of ORDS 2.9 integrated with OAM 11g for SSO and while accessing the following link:
https://hostname/ords/apex_authentication.callback?p_session_id=xxx

Getting the following error:
 Error Null username passed to login procedure.
  Contact your application administrator.
