Symptoms

OAM 11g password policy with DCC webgate change password fails - System error

1. Open a new browser session and call
https://www.1234-portal-test.com/1234plattform01

2. The redirect to a custom login page
https://www.1234-portal-test.com/1234plattformLogin/?resource_url=https://www.1234-portal-test.com/1234plattform01

3. Enter credentials

4. This redirects to change pwd
https://www.1234-portal-test.com/oamsso-bin/login.pl?type=PSWDMUSTCHANGE&ruleDesc=PSWD-1::8~~PSWD-11::1~~PSWD-4::1~~PSWD-10::1~~PSWD-23::20~~&mayChange=false&alreadyChallenged=false

5. Enter
old password
new password
Confirm new password

6. submit. returns the following error:
