Is Jolt HA Failover URL String Supported In OIM PSFT UM Connector IT Resource? (Doc ID 2151298.1)

Goal

In the Table 2-3 IT Resource Parameters section of the PeopleSoft User Management connector for Parameter: URL, following is mentioned: 

JOLT URL of the computer hosting the PeopleSoft application server.

Format: TARGET COMPUTER IPADDRESS or HOSTNAME:PORT

.......

But documentation does not mention what format should be used for the JOLT URL in a high availability (HA) setup. For example, tried the following URL formats but they dont work:

hostname1:port;hostname2:port (semicolon)

hostname1:port,hostname2:port (comma)

"hostname1:port","hostname2:port"

Does connector supports Jolt HA Failover URL String?
