Symptoms
LIBTUX_CAT:6274 occurs when tpinit() fails with TMNOTHREADS=Y (that is to say, the environment variable set equal to some variation of yes)
but the workstation (also known as /WS) client is single threaded so this error should not have occurred.
the Tuxedo ULOG contains the following for the client process (in this case using default name "proc"):
