Enterprise Capture Conversion Job Fails with "Error converting the document: 13.1. Exception oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException: Image export failed with code 3" (Doc ID 2151513.1)

Symptoms

After configuring an email import job, the post-process setting passes it to a conversion process to render it to TIF for WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR). The conversion is failing with the following message in the logs:

Error converting the document: 13.1. Exception oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException: Image export failed with code 3.. Your system may be lacking a required X Windows component, such as libXm.so.3, which is required by libos_xwin.so. Ensure that your system has either openmotif-2.3.2+ or lesstif-0.9.x+ installed.

 Setting the GDFONTPATH in the Appllication defined MBeans config to /usr/share/fonts/dejavu has no effect.

Changes

This is a new installation of Enterprise Capture on Linux.
