64-bit Webgate 11.1.2.2 SSL Handshake Failed When Switch To CERT Mode (Doc ID 2151736.1)

Goal

When you configure a 64-bit WebGate into CERT mode, you WebGate will not initialized and you will keep getting the following error at Web server restart:
