" not a valid user principal " Error: Unable To Open OIM Application HTTP 500 Error In Browser

After restarting the OIM server Customer faced : HTTP 500 error in browser.
In the deployments identified that the OIM deployment was in Prepared state and while trying to start faced below error:
The run-as security principal, 'oiminternal', chosen for the EJB 'UnauthenticatedSelfService(Application: oim#18.104.22.168.0, EJBComponent: iam-ejb.jar)' is not a valid user principal in the current security realm. Please specify a valid user principal for the EJB to use.
