Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo GWWS Process Hangs On Message Size Over 10MB (Doc ID 2151910.1)

Symptoms

On Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (also known as SALT) 12.1.3 version, Outbound call flow is as follows:
1. Tuxedo client or ud32 calls GW_AB_CDEFGSVC service
2. Then it goes to "gwas003" tuxedo server which is a SALT proxy server.
3. "gwas003" routes request to a SALT GWWS process( to the outbound service in GWWS named  GW_AB_CDEFGSVC)
4. The WS server is hosted in JBoss

GWWS stuck after "schema validation completed" message:

185942.mymachine!GWWS.12092.5.0: TRACE:ws:GWWS_CAT:1616: TRACE: :::<_AB_CDEFGSVC>:::schema validation completed

 When payload is big the GWWS server process is stuck for more than 10-20 minutes and on client side a TPETIME time out occurs.
