Symptoms
Attempting to configure admin node:
# ./tadm configure-server --user=otdadmin --host=test --port=4949 --admin-node --node-host=test2 --node-port=4890 --instance-home=<PATH>/OTD_Instances/admin-node
This command will create an administration node and register it with the remote administration server: https://test:4949.
