Oracle Access Manager (OAM) OAMSSA-20027: Could not get user : null, idstore using Adaptive Authentication Service (Doc ID 2152202.1)

Symptoms

As per the below document when we are configuring Adaptive Authentication Service We will get the below error in the oam_server1-diagnostic.log file:

The diagnostic log has the following exception:
[APP: oam_server#11.1.2.0.0] Error retrieving user profile from configured identity store[[
oracle.security.am.engines.common.identity.provider.exceptions.IdentityProviderException: OAMSSA-20027: Could not get user : null, idstore: <ID_STORE_NAME_1>, with exception: {2}.
