ODI 12c: Not Able to Select Integrated Knowledge Module in Mapping (Doc ID 2152565.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c, when attempting to select an Integration Knowledge Module (IKM) for the target data store in a mapping Physical tab, the only option is Default. For example, on an Oracle data store there would be the option 'IKM Oracle Insert.GLOBAL.'

Other IKM previously imported into the project (or as global KM) are not visible.

Changes

This can be noticed after an upgrade from a previous version of ODI to ODI 12c.
