Symptoms

When attempting to connect via LDAPS to OUD instance, the following error occurs...

$OUD_HOME/bin/ldapsearch --hostname HOSTNAME --port <LDAPS_PORT> --UseSSL --trustALL --baseDN "" --searchScope base "(objectClass=*)"
SEARCH operation failed
Result Code: 1 (Operations Error)
Additional Information: The directory server could not find a Network Group for the client "<client_id>" because the client connection does not match the connection criteria for any Network Group(s)
