Symptoms

Automatic Update Cycle (AUC) is not consistently starting automatically following recent WebCenter Content Check-Ins or updates.  Running AUC manually quickly indexes the content without issues.  All other system behavior is normal.

Changes

 Issue started occurring after loading a large amount of content which has already been released.
