Last updated on NOVEMBER 14, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software - Version 2.0.0.0.0 and later
Linux x86-64
Oracle Solaris on x86-64 (64-bit)
Oracle Virtual Server(x86-64)

Goal

ExBR User Guide states in section 'Status of Backups':

After each backup is taken, ExaBR stores the status of the backup in the backup.info file located in the backup directory. This file includes errors, if any, along with a description of any errors.
If the file does not exist, the backup has failed. The results of the backup are stored in the backup.info file in the backup directory.

I took a compute node backup which is completed successfully and shown correctly by exabr list command. But I do not see any backup.info file created in /exalogic-lcdata/backups ( backup location in our environment ) .

Where is the backup.info log file is located ?
