Some errors are raised on logs looking for a possible cause.

Problem Description
-------------------------

It is an integrated OAM/OAAM and OAM/OIM environment.

Following error is raised in the logs files:

  at oracle.security.am.common.nap.util.ObCrypt.crypt(ObCrypt.java:173)
  at oracle.security.am.common.nap.util.ObCrypt.decrypt(ObCrypt.java:117)
  at oracle.security.am.common.nap.util.ObCrypt.decrypt(ObCrypt.java:254)

Many users are able to register and log on without any problems. How can I start to debug this?
