Symptoms
On WebCenter Content 11.1.1.9, index collection rebuilds and automatic indexing are noticeably slower than previous versions of the WCC.
As an example from an actual environment, the 11.1.1.9 indexing speed was almost 10 times slower than a similarly configured 11.1.1.7 WCC.
