Symptoms
When the Tuxedo install directory, %TUXDIR%, contains white space the Tuxedo libwscdnet.dll binary did not register into Windows global assembly cache(GAC)
In this case, you see an message similar to the following in the Windows systems event log when installing Tuxedo base product or a Tuxedo Rolling patch.
