Symptoms
On any version of OUD a simple bind attempt is failing and receives error result code 49. This happens when trying to bind with ldapsearch utilizing a non-root user account.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
$ ./ldapsearch -h localhost -p <LDAP_PORT> -D "uid=<NON_ROOT_USER>" -j <PWD_FILE> -b "ou=People,dc=<SUFFIX_DN>" uid=<USER.1>
