Symptoms

GoldenGate Monitoring is not working correctly.  
GoldenGate targets can not be discovered in OEM 12c console or found by GoldenGate Monitor Server.
Or GoldenGate Targets show wrong status, etc

Changes

GoldenGate Monitor Agent (formerly jagent) -> ogg_agent.log shows
