When doing open/blank search on Content Server page, the selection check-boxes for the Search Results are missing in Headline View.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
a. Do an blank search on Content Server from regular search link or from Quick Search bar.
b. The result page does not show the select check-boxes for the Search Results.

Expected Result: Select check-boxes should have been displayed.
Actual Result: Select check-boxes for the Search Results missing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
User unable to multi-select content items.
