ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Can not logon to OAAM console with IE11.


When we try to apply the patch, it is conflicting with the existing patch.

Patch "18277370" is ignored as it is not a "Fusion Applications patch".
Check if patch "18277370" is a no-op patch.
None of the selected patches are no-op. patches..
