Goal

When running JFR.check in a Service Bus env, recording=2 is shown, like the following:

jcmd <PID> JFR.check

Recording: recording=1 name="WLDFDiagnosticImageRecording_base_domain_osb_server1_" filename="/home/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/osb_server1/logs/diagnostic_images/__tmp5070365228009697306.jfr" compress=false maxsize=36.0MB (running)

Recording: recording=2 name="DMS" maxsize=10.0MB (running)
